We do not guarantee or promise any specific results from your purchase, sale, or use of any appraised item. A report should not be considered a solicitation or offer to buy, sell, or use any item.

You are responsible for independently evaluating and determining the value and suitability of any item you intend to purchase, sell, or use. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified appraiser or relevant professional before making decisions based on a report.

Our AI system, while advanced, can make mistakes, misinterpret data, or produce inaccurate results. This includes the identification itself: the item name, maker, era, origin, technique, and other descriptive details are the AI's interpretation of your photos and may be entirely incorrect — the AI may identify the wrong item altogether.

Appraisal accuracy depends on photo quality, lighting, and angles. The AI cannot assess aspects not visible in submitted images, including the verso, paper structure, watermarks, hidden damage, or other features requiring physical inspection.

Reports may rely on photos, notes, and descriptions you provide. We do not verify user-provided information, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, and any errors in it can affect the AI's identification and estimate.

Nothing in a report is an authoritative statement about any person, artist, maker, publisher, or rights holder. References to artists or makers reflect the AI's visual interpretation only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or a verified attribution. Do not share or rely on a report as a factual claim about any third party.

The AI may offer preliminary, non-expert observations about authenticity, period, attribution, or whether an item appears to be a later reproduction — but it can be wrong in either direction. Meaningful authentication requires in-person examination by a qualified expert. You should not rely on the tool's authenticity-related statements when buying, selling, or insuring an item, and we make no warranty that any item is or is not authentic.

A report must NOT be used for:

• Insurance coverage determinations
• Tax reporting, probate, or estate valuations
• Legal proceedings or divorce settlements
• Commercial lending or financing decisions
• Any purpose requiring a certified or official appraisal

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtWorth.ai shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you or others as a result of relying on a report, including loss of profit, loss of bargain, over-payment or under-sale, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from decisions made based on a report — including losses resulting from authenticity or attribution errors.

A report does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Art prices are volatile and past comparable sales do not guarantee future results.

You must sign in to run an appraisal. Credits are consumed as the agent works and map one-to-one to compute used; consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time from your account page. We may change pricing or plan allowances with notice.

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant ArtWorth.ai a limited license to process them to produce your report. If you mark a report as public, you grant us a license to display it on the site; you can switch it back to private at any time. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to reverse-engineer the agent, no uploading unlawful content, and no presenting AI reports as certified appraisals to third parties. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact options on our site.
